At beauty as well you never pay extra for Klarna or In3. The amount shown at checkout is exactly what you pay to Klarna or In3. No markups, no admin fees, no interest from our side.
Important: if you pay late, Klarna or In3 themselves may charge reminder or late fees. Those fees are set by them, not by beauty as well. Pay on time according to their terms, and your purchase stays 100% interest-free.
Can I pay in installments from Belgium?
Yes. On our webshop, Klarna 'Pay Later' and Klarna 'Pay in 3' are available for customers in both the Netherlands and Belgium. In3 is currently only available on our site for customers in the Netherlands.
Will I receive confirmation after my payment?
Yes. Right after a successful payment you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Don't see anything in your inbox within 5 minutes? Check your spam folder, or contact our customer service.
What should I do if my payment fails?
No worries. If the payment wasn't completed, no money was charged. Try again, or choose a different payment method. Still not working? Open the 'Having a checkout issue?' block above for direct help.
Do the displayed prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices on our website include VAT. No hidden fees are added at checkout, only any applicable shipping costs, which are clearly listed on our shipping page.
Can I change my payment method after ordering?

Is my card information stored?
No. beauty as well does not store any card details. All payments are handled by secure payment services that comply with the European PSD2 regulation.
