Orders for France, Germany, Italy & Spain can be delivered within 3 working days.

*Is your parcel not delivered at the expected time? This can happen during this busy period. Our carriers often deliver it to you the next day.

Shipments within Belgium Shipments to the Netherlands
  • 24-hour delivery: ordered before 18:00, delivered the next working day. This may vary in times of busy periods.
  • Parcels with PostNL-postage stamps are not delivered on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Parcels with PostNL-shipping stamps are offered to the customer once, after which the parcel is delivered to a parcel shop nearby, where the customer can pick it up.

DPD - France, Germany, Italy & Spain
  • Monday to Friday ordered before 23:59, delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • Saturday to Sunday ordered before 23:59, delivered within 3-5 working days.

 

DPD - International
  • Monday to Friday ordered before 23:59, delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Saturday to Sunday ordered before 23:59, delivered within 4-6 working days.
