When you place an order through our website, you agree to the terms below regarding our returns policy.

Article 1: Not satisfied?

Your order has been delivered, but you're still not satisfied? Annoying! We will resolve this for you. You expect the following from us:

  • 14 days reflection period
  • Article exchange.
  • Professional advice


Article 2: Reflection period
  1. As a customer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. The purchase may therefore be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. For partial deliveries, when the last part of the delivery is received, the 14-day cooling-off period starts.


Article 3: Review of the product
  1. The customer may view the product, but no more than is necessary to evaluate the product.
  2. Does the product come back and any damage or wear and tear is visible? Then you may charge for this damage. We may then reduce the damage on the purchase price and thus only refund the residual value.


Article 4: Problems?
  1. Received damaged, not working when unpacked or wrong product(s)? Take a picture right away within 2 days and contact customer service so we can fix it for you.
  2. You only have two more days to discuss previous problems with customer service, otherwise we cannot help you.
  3. Tools: in case of a defect, you will get your tool back working within 3 weeks in 90% of cases.


Article 5: Refund
  1. The entire purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded to your account as soon as possible at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice.
  2. We must refund the amount using the same means of payment as the customer used to pay for the goods.
  3. You will not be charged for the refund.
  4. Comptoiradam.com may wait with the refund until all products have been received.
  5. As a customer, you are responsible for shipping the returns.


Article 6: When should we pay the amount?
  1. We have exactly 14 days from when we receive the products.
  2. We have not received a package? Then we may wait until we receive it.


Article 7: Doubt?
Report your return within 14 days in beautyaswell.com's Returns Form. We would ask you to do so in the original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). The return costs are for your own customer account. Below are some examples:
  • Tools/hairdressing equipment: take the hairdryer or straightener out of the box, look at it from all sides but do not use the tongs if you want a full refund.
  • Did you use the tools anyway? We won't let you down! You will get a 65% refund of the purchase price in most cases. Otherwise, we will send your package back. Our customer service department will decide that, so please contact customer service first to be sure.
  • Does the product have visible signs of use, is it not carefully packed and therefore damaged, is the product incomplete, is the packaging/sealing damaged or is (part of) the packaging/sealing missing? Then the depreciation may amount to up to 100%. As a consumer, you are liable for depreciation of the product if this is a consequence of handling the product beyond what is necessary. The amount of the depreciation depends on whether we are able to resell the product or not. As a webshop, we are allowed to charge this depreciation.
  • Products with a use-by date: feel free to look at and read the packaging of an oil, conditioner, keratin, etc., but do not open the product if you want a refund.
  • You are only liable for the depreciation of the products resulting from the use of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.


Article 8: Are there any exceptions to the right of return?
  • Some items are exceptions to the right of return. These are products that may spoil. In addition, the customer may not use the product during the cooling-off period. The right of withdrawal does not apply in these cases!
  • We do not have to refund the shipping costs if the customer returns part of the order. Has a customer ordered two items, one of which is returned? Then we do not have to refund the shipping costs.
  • Has a customer chosen a more expensive shipping method than the standard one? Such as Same Day Delivery? Then we only have to refund the standard delivery costs!
  • Outlet and return deal products may not be returned.


Article 9: Return costs
  1. The return costs will be charged to the customer.
  2. The return charge is €6.95 incl. VAT.
  3. The return costs are free in these cases: if the parcel is damaged upon receipt or the problem is covered by warranty.


Article 10: Notification of returns
  • We offer returns via the model form through our webshop: Return form
  • We only accept the previous return method.
  • You have to register return yourself.
  • The return label is yellowish 7 days after creation, if you do not give the returned package to the carrier within 7 days, it will be cancelled automatically.

Example
  • Suppose you buy a €20 product with shipping costs of €2.95 that we have passed on to you. Then we must refund a total of €22.95 within 14 days once we have received the product.
  • Suppose you buy a €20 product and another €30 product with shipping costs of €2.95 that we have passed on to you. And you only want to return the €20 product. So then we have to refund a total amount of €20 once we have received the product.
