90% of cases — For defective devices, we ensure you receive your device back repaired and working within three weeks.
Article 1 – Warranty coverage: motor & battery
The warranty period is one year for professional use. The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects affecting the motor and the battery of the device.

No warranty on wear parts & the following situations
Reporting deadline: A defect must be reported within 14 days of discovery via email. After this period, all rights to repair or replacement expire.

Article 2 – How does the repair process work?
Important: Never send your device without prior contact. Always contact us first via one of our channels.
Contact us
Describe the defect clearly via WhatsApp, phone, email or our contact form. Include your proof of purchase and device type.
Assessment of the defect
Our team assesses whether the defect is covered by warranty. You receive clear feedback and further instructions.
Send or drop off the device
You bring the defective device to us or send it in the agreed manner. We take care of everything from there.
Repair or forwarding to the brand
We repair the device ourselves, or forward it to the official service department of the brand (Wahl, JRL, Babyliss Pro, …). You are kept informed at all times.
Return to you
The repaired device is sent back to you or is ready for collection. Under warranty, there are no costs for you.
Article 3 – We repair your professional equipment
At Beauty As Well you can come to us for the repair of your professional hairdressing and beauty equipment. We take over the defective device and handle everything — from assessment to return delivery.
Partnership with official brands
For complex repairs we send your device directly to the official service department of the brand. This guarantees a correct repair by certified technicians of the manufacturer itself.
Article 4 – Repair outside warranty
Is your defect not covered by warranty? No problem. You always receive a quote first before any costs are charged. You decide — no obligations.
Option 1 Paid repair
We or the brand repairs your device. You receive the cost upfront and decide yourself whether you agree.
Option 2 Device returned unrepaired
Do not agree with the cost? You receive your device back unrepaired — free of charge, no obligations.
Defect within 14 days of purchase?
Did the defect occur within 14 days of purchase and does it fall under our warranty conditions? Then we handle it with a completely free warranty service — no extra costs for you.
Return costs & return shipping after repair
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are always at the customer's expense. You pay for the shipping to send the device to us.
Return shipping after repair
After the repair, we send the device back to you free of charge. You do not need to worry about that.

Always include the following in the box:

Did you not purchase your device from Beauty As Well? No problem — you can still come to us for a repair. Contact us and we will inform you of the costs and possibilities.

My warranty has expired – can I still come to you for a repair?
Yes, of course! Even if your warranty has expired, you can still come to us for a repair. We will assess the defect and provide you with a cost overview based on the defect. You decide yourself whether you agree — no obligations.
