At our B2B warehouse on Terbekehofdreef in Wilrijk you can park on our own parking lot in front of the building.
- The parking lot is located directly in front of our B2B location.
- Parking is free for customers and visitors.
- Ideal for customers who collect large orders or attend a training session.

Both locations are well accessible by public transport:

- Take bus line 500 from Antwerp towards Boom / Rumst / Mechelen.
- The bus stops within walking distance of our location.

Orders & Payments
- Confirmation e-mail: After your order you immediately receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Confirmation page: A page with your order number appears.
- No confirmation? Check your spam folder or contact us.
Changes and cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
- Check the status of your order.
- Contact our customer service as soon as possible.
- We confirm the change or cancellation by e-mail or phone.
We offer a wide range of secure payment methods:
iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Credit card, Sofort, Giropay, Belfius Pay, KBC/CBC, Klarna and Bank transfer.

Processing time per payment method:
- PayPal / Klarna: Usually immediately.
- Bancontact / iDEAL / Belfius / KBC: 2 to 5 business days.
- Visa / Credit card: Up to 10 business days.
After processing you automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Shipping & Delivery
- Belgium & Netherlands: Free shipping from €40.
- Other EU countries: Rates vary per country and are shown before payment.
- Belgium & Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days
- France & Germany: 2 to 4 business days
- Other EU countries: 2 to 5 business days
Orders placed before 18:00 on business days are usually shipped the same day.
We work with reliable carriers:
- DHL Express — for fast international deliveries
- PostNL — for standard shipments
- GLS — for standard shipments
With every shipment you receive a Track & Trace link.
- Once your order has been shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
- This contains your Track & Trace number and a direct link.

Yes, free Click & Collect is available at both locations:
- Antwerp store: Carnotstraat 127 — for private and business customers.
- B2B Wilrijk: Terbekehofdreef 6-8 A6 — business customers only.
During checkout choose "Collect in the store". You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready.
- New delivery attempt: The next business day.
- Pickup point: Your parcel is placed at a nearby pickup point.
- Neighbours: Some couriers deliver to the neighbours.
Via your Track & Trace link you can often choose a new delivery day or pickup point yourself.
Returns
You have 14 days after receipt to use the right of withdrawal.
- Products must be in their original packaging and unused.
- Hygiene products with a broken seal cannot be returned.
- Take within 2 days clear photos of the item and the packaging.
- Send the photos and order number to our customer service via e-mail or WhatsApp.
- We look for a suitable solution together (replacement or refund).
After receipt and approval of your return we refund the amount via the same payment method.
Refund no later than within 14 days after receipt of your return.
For hygiene reasons:
- Hygiene products
- Opened oils, conditioners and keratin treatments
- Used clippers, trimmers and shavers
Only unopened, unused products in the original packaging are eligible.
The return costs are for the customer's account, unless the return is due to a mistake on our side (for example a wrong or damaged item delivered).
- Standard return (right of withdrawal, not satisfied, exchange): Return shipping costs are for the customer.
- Wrong or damaged delivery: Return costs are fully at our expense.
- Defect within 1 month of purchase: Return costs are at our expense (see Warranty & Repairs section).
Warranty & Repairs
- Private customers: 2 years warranty
- Professional customers: 1 year warranty
The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects.
This scheme applies exclusively to manufacturing defects. Damage from incorrect use, modifications or normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.
- Within 1 month of purchase: return costs are at our expense.
- After 1 month: return at your own expense.

Average turnaround time: around 21 days. Internal repairs usually go faster.
Throughout the entire process we keep you informed by e-mail. As soon as the item is ready, you have two options:
1. Return by post: we send the item back to you free of charge and provide you with a Track & Trace code by e-mail so you can follow the shipment.
2. Collect yourself: you can collect the item free of charge at our B2B address: Terbekehofdreef 6-8 A6, 2610 Wilrijk.

Yes, absolutely! We offer a wide range of cruelty-free and vegan products.
Since 2013 it has been forbidden within the European Union to test cosmetics on animals. All cosmetic products in our range sold within the EU therefore comply with this regulation and are cruelty-free.
- Cruelty-free: The product or its ingredients have not been tested on animals.
- Vegan: The product contains no ingredients of animal origin (such as honey, beeswax, keratin from animal source, etc.).
Yes, absolutely. All our products have an expiry date or an indication of the shelf life after opening.
You will find this information on the packaging in two ways:
- Expiry date (unopened): Usually indicated by a small hourglass symbol or the text "Best before / EXP", followed by the date.
- Period After Opening (PAO): Indicated by an open-jar symbol containing a number followed by "M" (e.g. 12M = 12 months shelf life after opening).
General guideline for our products:
- Shampoos, conditioners, masks (unopened): 2 to 3 years
- Keratin and protein treatments (unopened): 2 to 3 years
- Hairstyling (gel, wax, spray): 2 to 3 years
- Colour products (unopened): 2 to 3 years
- After opening: usually 6 to 24 months, depending on the product
Keratin & Protein Treatments
Keratin and protein treatments are professional products that require experience, insight and technique. On our webshop we share all the necessary information — composition, instructions for use and recommended hair types — but the end result is always determined by the person who applies the product.
A good hairdresser or hair expert takes into account:
- The condition of the hair — healthy, damaged, coloured, bleached or chemically treated
- The porosity and structure of the hair fibre
- The correct processing time, tailored to the hair type
- The styling technique — number of passes, thickness of the sections and tension
- The temperature of the flat iron — decisive for adhesion and shine
- The preparation — correct way of washing and drying before the treatment
The most common causes are:
- Wrong flat iron temperature — Too low means the keratin does not adhere; too high damages the hair and causes loss of shine.
- Insufficient passes with the flat iron — The keratin must be properly sealed in the hair fibre for a long-lasting effect.
- Shampoo not thoroughly rinsed out — Product residues block the absorption of the keratin.
- Wrong dosage — Too much makes the hair stiff and flat; too little gives no visible result.
- Processing time not respected — Each hair type requires its own timing.
- Wrong product choice — What works on healthy hair does not automatically work on bleached or damaged hair.
- Incorrect preparation — The hair must be washed and dried according to the product protocol.
- Wrong moisture level when ironing — Too wet or too dry affects the final result.
- Recent chemical treatment — Colouring, bleaching or perm just before or after the keratin can disturb the result.
- Insufficient aftercare at home — Sulphate shampoos, chlorine or sea water and washing too soon break down the effect. Clear explanation to the customer is essential.

Yes, absolutely! We can put together a training entirely tailored to you or your team.
Whether it is about a specific technique, a particular product range or a training for your entire salon team — we adapt the programme to your needs, level and schedule.
A keratin treatment typically lasts 6 to 8 months, depending on the hair type, the aftercare at home and how often the hair is washed.
What influences the duration of the result?
- Aftercare products: Using sulphate-free shampoos significantly extends the effect.
- Washing frequency: The more often the hair is washed, the faster the keratin washes out.
- Swimming and sea water: Chlorine and salt break down the keratin faster.
- Hair type: Coarse or curly hair often retains the effect longer than fine hair.
- Technique of the treatment: A correctly executed treatment logically lasts longer.
We recommend not performing a keratin or protein treatment during pregnancy.
For any treatment during pregnancy or the breastfeeding period we advise:
- First contact your general practitioner or gynaecologist.
- Let them read the ingredient list (INCI) of the product.
- Follow your doctor's medical advice.
The ingredients can differ per product. Only a doctor can, based on your specific situation and the composition of the product, give well-founded advice.
We are responsible for quality products, clear information and professional trainings. The hairdresser or hair expert brings diagnosis, technique and experience.
That combination leads to satisfied clients — but the final responsibility for the execution always lies with the professional who applies the product.

All invoices are automatically sent by e-mail to the customer upon receipt of the order. Business customers (B2B) also receive their invoice automatically by e-mail and via the official FPS system Peppol.
Do you still need your invoice later? You can always download it yourself:

- Go to "My orders".
- Click "Download invoice" for the desired order.
Ordered as a guest? E-mail us your order number — we will send the invoice to you.
Yes, send an e-mail to info@beautyaswell.com with your order number, company name, address and VAT number.
Please note: Modifications are usually only possible within the same quarter.
