What's the difference between a private and a business account?
With a business account you get access to business terms and a dedicated account manager who helps you with assortment, orders and questions. Private accounts can simply shop online but without that extra guidance. Registering as a business customer is free and takes a few minutes.
Can I create a business account as a home hairdresser or freelancer?
Yes. Every professional with their own business can register as a business customer. You enter your company details during registration, after which your account manager gets in touch with you.
Is there a minimum order value for business orders?
Our current terms regarding minimum order values and shipping costs are shown at checkout. For specific arrangements tailored to your salon, it's best to get in touch with your account manager after registering.
How fast will my order be delivered?
Order on a working day before 4 PM and we ship the same day. Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg receive the order the next working day, Germany and France within 1 to 2 working days and the rest of Europe within 1 to 3 working days. The exact delivery time and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Do you also deliver outside Belgium?
Yes. We deliver across Europe with PostNL, GLS, DPD and DHL Express, and worldwide with DHL Express Spoed. All countries, carriers and rates are on our shipping page.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. You can collect your order at our warehouse in Wilrijk (Antwerp), Terbekehofdreef 6-8 A6, Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM. Choose pick-up at checkout and wait for our confirmation that your order is ready.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves, you receive an email with your Track & Trace code. It lets you follow the status live up to your salon door. Enter your mobile number with your order and you also receive updates from the carrier.
Which payment methods are available for business customers?
The same as for private customers: Bancontact, iDEAL, Belfius, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna Pay Later or Pay in 3. You never pay extra for your payment method and every order comes with a VAT invoice.
Do I get a VAT invoice for my bookkeeping?
Yes. As a registered business customer you receive a proper invoice with VAT details for every order, ready to use in your bookkeeping.
Can I also visit the physical store?
Yes. Alongside our online wholesale we have a physical location in Wilrijk (Antwerp) where you're welcome Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Handy if you want to see products first or need in-person advice.
How do returns work for business orders?
Business returns follow a different procedure than private returns. For incorrect deliveries or faulty products you can always reach your account manager or use our contact form. Send a photo along and we'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Do you help choose a keratin or protein treatment?
Yes. Your account manager knows the assortment and advises which treatment suits your clients, their hair types and your margins. We're happy to think along about tools and colouring too.
Which brands are you the exclusive distributor of?
For The Ker Factor and Brazil Protein, beauty as well is the exclusive distributor for all of Europe. For Vitta Gold and Amazonplex we are the exclusive distributor for the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg). For the other Brazilian brands we are a trusted distributor.
