Gamma+ Care
Gamma+ care keeps your clippers, trimmers and shavers cutting cleanly and running cool. Three products cover the routine: Blade Oil 3 in 1 for daily lubrication, Lubricant Spray 5 in 1 for a fast one-pass clean-and-lube between clients, and Blade Therapy 7 in 1 for a deeper immersion clean at the end of the day. All three can be used on shears as well as clipper and trimmer blades.
What each product does
Each has its moment. Blade Oil is an odourless, colourless, hypoallergenic oil for a drop on the blade before or after a cut. Lubricant Spray is a silicone-free aerosol that cleans, cools, lubricates and protects against rust in one pass. Blade Therapy is a silicone-free immersion cleaner that lifts hair and residue and cools the blade during a long set. None of the three leaves a silicone build-up.

A simple routine: oil daily, spray between clients, and immerse in Blade Therapy for the deep clean. The Lubricant Spray is a pressurised aerosol, so keep it away from heat and flame and follow the label warnings.

Which Gamma+ care product do I use, and when?

Do self-sharpening blades still need oiling?
Yes. Self-sharpening refers to the grind, not lubrication -- every clipper and trimmer blade needs regular oil to run cool and cut cleanly.
Are the Gamma+ care liquids silicone-free?
The Lubricant Spray and Blade Therapy are labelled silicone-free. Blade Oil is an odourless, colourless, hypoallergenic oil.
Is the spray safe to store near heat?
The Lubricant Spray is a pressurised aerosol. Keep it away from heat, sparks and flame, do not pierce or burn it, and store it below 50C. Always follow the label warnings.
Can I use these on my scissors too?
Yes -- all three can be used on shears as well as clipper and trimmer blades.
