How to use

Work on dry, brushed-through hair and apply a heat protectant first.
Start at the lowest setting that gives you the curl, and step up only if needed — fine and coloured hair want the lower end of the range.
Take small sections (around 2.5cm). With the cool tip pointing down, wrap the section around the barrel toward the ends and hold the ends at the cool tip for 5-8 seconds.
Release and let the curl drop into your hand to cool — don't brush until the hair has cooled, so the curl sets.
Use the heat-protective glove while you find your rhythm; the barrel has no clamp, so your free hand guides the hair.
Rest the wand on its built-in stand or the heat mat between sections, never on a heat-sensitive surface.
