When to choose which K18 shampoo
The wash has three jobs, and K18 makes one shampoo for each. The K18 Peptide Prep™ Detox Shampoo clears product build-up before the mask. The K18 DAMAGE SHIELD pH Protective Shampoo is the daily wash. The K18 TripleBright silver shampoo is for blond or highlighted hair. The K18 DAMAGE SHIELD Protective Conditioner closes the daily wash.
Why a K18 wash
Each one is described for its own job. The Detox Shampoo is colour-safe and purifying, made to cleanse the scalp and remove product residue and build-up. The pH Protective Shampoo is colour-safe and pH-optimised; it helps prevent frizz, improves shine and is mild for the scalp.
TripleBright neutralises warm tones and removes metals and minerals. The conditioner softens and detangles without silicones or wax, and keeps the hair in good condition.

- TripleBright on hair that is not blond or highlighted: it is made for blond and highlighted hair.
Application
- Detox Shampoo: on towel-dried hair, massage into scalp and hair, rinse, repeat until the hair is free of residue.
- pH Protective Shampoo: wet the hair well, a small amount on the scalp, massage gently, rinse thoroughly.
- TripleBright: on wet hair, let it lather from roots to ends, leave 1 to 3 minutes, rinse.
- Protective Conditioner: rub it between your hands for a few seconds until it foams a little; from the middle to the ends, then rinse thoroughly.
Combine your system
After the Detox Shampoo, its directions go straight to the mask: the K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask. After the daily wash, the shampoo's tip names a conditioner or a mask.

Not necessarily. The mask's directions allow a leave-in conditioner or styling products afterwards and call neither necessary. The conditioner's own routine can take the mask between the wash and the conditioner.
