Directions for use

Mix Schwarzkopf Blond Me Premium Lift 9+ 450gr Blonde powder with 2% up to 6% hydrogen peroxide. Once the blonding powder is mixed with the hydrogen peroxide, a soft creamy substance is created. The penetration time: within 20 to 45 minutes, the hair should be even and maximally lifted.
