Professional tip

Set the clipper up before the client sits down: feel the lever click home before each pass so you know exactly where the length is, and fit the TIGHT bracket for a short blended taper or the STRETCH bracket when you want the taper to travel further up. Brush the blade and drop a little oil on it between clients so it stays cool and keeps its glide.

How to use

1. Fit a body kit and the TIGHT or STRETCH taper bracket for the cut you are doing.
2. Choose a Click System or the Floating System lever for a stepped or a free feel.
3. Set the length on the lever, and close the blade to zero gap with the maintenance kit if you need a line.
4. Clip a double magnetic guard from 1.5 to 6 mm, or run the blade open for the taper.

Care and maintenance
