Professional tip

Set the gap before the line: micro-adjust the blade with the alignment tool, then let the T-blade corner ride the line so you draw the edge with the tip rather than the flat of the blade. Brush the blade and drop a little oil on it between clients so it stays cool and keeps its glide.

How to use

Fit a cover for the look you want and clip on a guard if you need a set length.
Set the blade with the universal alignment tool - down to zero gap for a line, or back for a soft edge.
Line and detail with the corner of the T-blade; run a guard from 1.5 to 9 mm over the top for length.
Brush out the blade and add a drop of oil after each client.
Charge on the docking station or by USB Type-C between days.

Safety: This is a bladed powered tool. Keep the T-blade away from fingertips when it is running, take care with the blade corners when it is set to zero gap, keep it out of the reach of children, and switch it off before you change a cover or a guard. Charge it with the supplied dock or cable only.

Care and maintenance

A trimmer lines clean when the blade is cared for.
