What makes Brazil Protein different from other Brazilian smoothing brands?
The difference is in the mechanism. Instead of glyoxylic acid or formaldehyde, the straightening creams use a cysteamine and cysteine reducer, activated by fruit acids. That chemistry is the same across Bio Lamination, Nano Gel, Bioplastia Vegan and BTOX, so you work with a mechanism you can explain consistently to every client.
Do I need the salon treatment or the home care?
The salon treatments are professional products for use behind the chair: smoothing, repair and finishing. The home care is for your client to maintain the result between appointments. Most services use both: the treatment in the salon, and the matching home care as the follow-up.
Is Brazil Protein vegan?
Not as a brand. Some products contain ingredients of animal origin, such as Nano Gel, so we do not describe the range as vegan. If you want to use a specific product as vegan, ask for its status product by product.
How long do results last, and what maintenance do clients need?
How long the result holds depends on the hair type, the routine at home and how often the hair is washed. Recommend a gentle home-care routine and plan salon maintenance rather than promising a fixed period.
Is Brazil Protein for professional use?
Yes, it is made for salon smoothing. Work in a well-ventilated space and wear gloves, as with any professional smoothing treatment.
