Once a week it goes on damp lengths and ends after the shampoo, stays for 10 to 15 minutes, is rinsed, and the conditioner still closes the wash.

This is the home half of the S.P.R. reconstruction service: the salon rebuilds the fibre in one appointment, and the home range keeps feeding it between visits so the result does not wash back out. Method A: manufacturer method

1. Apply to damp hair, lengths and ends.
2. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Rinse thoroughly.

Method B: our advice for home use

1. Shampoo, then squeeze the water out: damp, not dripping. Our advice to pass on to the client.
2. Lengths and ends, combed through.
3. Leave within the Method A range: the long end on the driest hair. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Then the conditioner, which still closes the wash.
