Method A: manufacturer method

Wash with S.P.R. Shampoo Home Care and rinse.
Apply the full ampoule to clean, damp lengths and ends.
Leave for 3 minutes and rinse.
Do not follow with conditioner or mask: the ampoule stands in for both on the day it is used.

Method B: our advice for home use

Wash with S.P.R. Shampoo Home Care, rinse, squeeze the water out: damp, not dripping. Our advice to pass on to the client.
The whole ampoule on lengths and ends, worked through with the fingers.
Leave for the time in Method A, rinse. No conditioner and no mask that wash.

Safety: Do not use more than one ampoule per wash. Do not apply to dry or unwashed hair. Do not follow it with conditioner or mask on the day it is used.

Can I use the mask and the Power Dose ampoule on the same wash?

No. The ampoule replaces the conditioner and the mask on the wash it is used. Use one or the other on a given wash.

Do I need to use all four products?

No. Shampoo and conditioner are the everyday basis of the routine. The mask and the Power Dose ampoule are both optional weekly steps, an either/or choice depending on how much time there is that week, not an addition on top of each other.
