Salvatore Tanino Therapy A + B (2x500ml) brings together the two half-litre bottles of the line: A, the Cuticle Prepper shampoo, and B, Capillary Styling, the bottle with the plant tannins. B stays in at least 30 minutes, then the hair is straightened in thin locks at least 10 to 20 times. The same pair comes in litres as the A + B kit 2x1000ml.

What each bottle is for

A is the shampoo of the line: its own label says it was developed to clean the fiber, and its list is built on surfactants and salt. B is the step with the plant tannins, on a conditioning base of silicones, butters and oils. Its directions open with its own line: after washing with shampoo, remove 50% of the moisture with a dryer. Each bottle is shown here with its own directions, under its own letter.

Key ingredients: A

• Sodium Laureth Sulfate: the cleansing surfactant, 2nd on the list.
• Sodium Chloride: salt, 3rd.
• Cocamidopropyl Betaine: a second surfactant, 4th.
• Sodium Benzoate: the preservative, 5th.

Key ingredients: B

Plant tannins with hydrolyzed keratin and collagen, and conditioning butters and oils. The bottle prints the full ingredient list.

Who it is not for

• Anyone sensitive to the fragrance allergens named on the ingredient lists. A: Amyl Cinnamal, Coumarin, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool. B: Coumarin, Cinnamal, Cinnamyl Alcohol.
• Anyone who reacts during use: both labels say to stop using the product in case of irritation.

How to use

Method A is each label's own English, under its letter.

Method A, A: Cuticle Prepper (shampoo)

1. With wet hair, apply product "A" evenly on the root without rubbing the scalp.
2. Distribute the product to the tips by gently cleaning the strands.
3. Rinse, removing the product completely.
4. Apply 2 to 3 times as required.
5. Be sure to apply and clean correctly in the frontal regions and back of the head.
6. Remove excess water.

Method A, B: Capillary Styling (conditioner)

1. After washing with shampoo, remove 50% of the moisture with a dryer and, with a brush, apply product "B" lock by lock, from the root to the tips.
2. With the help of a fine comb, distribute evenly, making sure that all hair is properly moistened.
3. Leave it in at least 30 minutes.
4. Rinse, removing the product completely.
5. Blow out your hair and activate the shine.
6. Straighten in thin locks slowly at least 10 to 20 times, focusing more on the root and less on the tips, according to the need of the fiber.

Where it fits in the Salvatore range

Precautions for use

Chemical smoothing treatments
Applies to: keratin treatments and Brazilian blow dry, protein treatments and nanoplastia, tannin smoothing (taninoplastia), hair botox and all other professional smoothing treatments and kits.

• For professional use only, by a trained hairdresser.
• Wear gloves and work in a well-ventilated room, also while blow-drying and ironing.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Rinse immediately with plenty of water if contact occurs.
• Do not use on an irritated, damaged or sensitive scalp, or in case of a known allergy to one of the ingredients.
• Carry out a sensitivity test and a strand test before every treatment.
• Follow the processing time and the iron temperature given in the instructions. Do not combine the product with another chemical service without the manufacturer's advice.
• During pregnancy or breastfeeding, ask the client to consult her doctor first.
• If swallowed, rinse the mouth and seek medical advice.
• Keep out of reach of children. Keep the container tightly closed, cool and dry, away from heat sources.
